We encourage you to place your order early in the season to ensure the items you want are reserved for your event. Orders made late in the season may have limited availability.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, please call 385-368-3375. We will answer all of your questions and can place an order for you.
When is my payment due?
Payment is due upon checkout to ensure that your items are available and reserved for your event.
Do you offer refunds if I need to cancel my order?
We provide a 100% refund up to 2 weeks before your event.
We provide a 50% refund between 2 weeks and 72 hours before your event.
We provide a 0% refund within 72 hours before your event.
Do you offer delivery, setup and takedown?
Yes, we are a full service provider and offer delivery, setup and takedown service for all of our equipment within our service area. Please provide your email and address at checkout or call 385-368-3375 to place your order. The delivery fee, based upon distance from our location, will be calculated at checkout.
When do we deliver and pickup?
Our standard pickup is during regular business hours on the next day after your event. If you require pickup outside of regular business hours, an additional fee will apply.
Evening and early morning delivery/pickup can be arranged (weather permitting) upon request for an additional fee. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. After placing your order we will contact you within 1 business day to coordinate the delivery/pickup times for your event.
Can I pickup my order?
Yes, pickup is available at our location in Draper if you are able to safely transport the equipment and return the equipment within the rental timeframe. Please call 385-368-3375 to arrange.
We do not allow the pickup of an order that includes more than 50 chairs due to the extreme care that must be taken during transport to prevent damage to the chairs.
Am I responsible for cleaning the products I rent?
No, we ensure that our equipment is cleaned regularly between uses.
Can I get a refund on any items I did not use?
No, we treat and clean all products the same after they are returned to us.
Where will they place my rental items upon delivery?
If you place an order with the customer setup/takedown preference, the expectation is that you will provide a crew to unload/load the equipment from the trailer and will setup/takedown the equipment yourself.
If you place an order with the Suncrest setup/takedown preference, the expectation is that Suncrest will unload/load the equipment from the trailer and will setup/takedown the equipment for you. Significant rearrangement and excessive carrying distance will incur an additional charge.
Customer responsibility and liability:
The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the event space and placement of the equipment.
The customer is responsible for removing decorations and all personal items from the equipment before takedown begins. Suncrest Event Rentals is not responsible for damage to any personal items.
The customer must provide immediate, clear and unobstructed access to the event space for setup and takedown. Delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.
The customer is liable for any injury caused by the rental equipment during the event.
Damage inspection:
Equipment will be inspected for damage after use. Any damage caused will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs may be charged to the customer.
What happens if I am late returning my rentals?
The rental prices are per day (up to 24 hours). If you return the equipment late you will be charged for each day past due.
Am I responsible for damaged, broken or lost items?
The customer assumes full liability and responsibility for all rental items while in their possession.
All items must be kept secure and reasonably protected from the elements at all times.
Charges for replacement will apply to any items that are damaged, broken or lost.

Suncrest Event Rentals is not liable for delays caused by venue restrictions, client delays, inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Additional charges:
Additional charges may apply for delivery and pickup outside of regular business hours, last minute changes to the schedule or delays caused by the customer or venue restrictions.
