When Do We Pick Up?
Our standard pickup is on the next day after your event.
- Same-Night Pickup: If you require pickup after business hours, an additional fee will apply.
- Same-Day Pickup (During Business Hours): If you need pickup on the same day within our regular business hours, please include this request in the notes section at checkout.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Can I pick-up my order?
Yes, pickups are sometimes available if you are able to safely transport the equipment. Please call 385-368-3375 to arrange.
Do you offer delivery and pickup?
Yes, please specify your date and location at check out or call 385-368-3375. Your delivery fee will be calculated.
Do you offer set-up/take down?
Yes, that is the default. Set up and take down fees are included in the product price. Please specify your needs at check out or call 385-368-3375.
Am I responsible for cleaning the products I rent?
No, We ensure that our equipment is clean between uses.
Can I get a refund on any items I did not use?
No, we treat and clean all products the same after they are returned to us.
Do you offer refunds if I need to cancel my order?
Your payment is fully refundable up to 2 weeks before your event and 50% refundable within 2 weeks before your event.
Hours of operation: 8am-5pm
Evening and early morning deliveries/pickups can sometimes be arranged (weather permitting) for an additional fee. Please indicate your requested times and we will add the fee to your check out.
Do you offer early delivery?
Yes, we can offer day early delivery depending on inventory availability and weather conditions. Please specify your delivery needs at checkout or call 385-368-3375.
When is the final balance of my reservation due?
Payment is due upon check out.
Where will they place my rental items upon delivery?
If you place an order and omit setup and takedown, the expectation is that you will provide a crew to unload/load the equipment from the trailer. If you need special accommodations from Suncrest Event Rentals such as carrying equipment to a backyard, inside a home/venue, up/down elevators/stairs, please communicate those needs to us at checkout or over the phone prior to the event.
Equipment Placement:
Equipment will be placed as per the agreed upon arrangement. Significant rearrangement may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibility
Responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the event space.
Responsible for ensuring the venue’s policies allow for equipment setup and takedown.
All client decorations or personal items must be removed before takedown begins. Suncrest Event Rentals is not responsible for any items left behind.
Must provide clear and unobstructed access to the venue for setup and takedown.
Damage Inspection:
Equipment will be inspected for damage during takedown. Any damage caused during the event will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs may be charged to the client.
Access Requirements
Clear and unobstructed access to the venue (e.g., loading docks, elevators, parking) must be provided. Delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.
What happens if I am late returning my rentals?
Late rentals will be charged an additional rental rate for each day past due.
Am I responsible for damaged, broken or lost items?
Customer Responsibility for Rental Items
The customer assumes full responsibility for all rental items from the time they are delivered until they are picked up by Suncrest Event Rentals.
Care of Rental Items
- Protection: All items must be kept secure, dry, and reasonably protected from the elements at all times.
- Damages: Charges will apply for any items that are lost, broken, or water-damaged.
Missing Items
- Return Timeline: Any missing items must be located and returned within 24 hours of the event.
- Charges: If items cannot be found after this period, replacement costs will be charged to the customer.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
Changes in the delivery, setup, or takedown schedules must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Late changes may result in additional fees or limitations in service.
Suncrest Event Rentals is not liable for delays caused by venue restrictions, client delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for:
- Setup or takedown outside regular business hours.
- Last-minute changes to the schedule or setup plan.
- Delays caused by client or venue restrictions.
